Solid tires for forklifts designed for use on flat surfaces. Concrete, asphalt, wood and ground coatings and the foundations of the platforms are the main roads on which solid wheels can roll without much damage to themselves and with maximum comfort for the driver and cargo. But, if the track or site is replete with irregularities – the service life will be significantly reduced. Tire wear is directly proportional to the roughness of the road.
The design of most solid tires consists of three main layers: the base, core and tread.
The tread is insensitive to cuts and wears out very little with an increase in the coefficient of friction on rough surfaces, such as unpolished concrete or asphalt containing crushed stone.
The special composition of the core material provides reliable heat removal from the tread during movement, acceleration and braking and from the rim during braking.
The base of the tire for the loader – the circumference of the inner radius is made in a simple design or is equipped with a lock that strengthens the connection. Advantages of tires for one-piece type loader:

- Protective sidewall of a tire of a special configuration;
- Steel mesh reinforcement to prevent tire slip;
- Solid tires are puncture and cut resistant;
