Rubber adhesives in Uzbekistan
Adhesives obtained by dissolving rubber or rubber in organic solvents (gasoline, ethyl acetate, etc.). Almost all rubbers can be used to make rubber adhesives. Depending on the temperature at which the adhesive compound is formed, rubber glue is distinguished between high-temperature or hot (usually above 100 ° C), and low-temperature or cold, vulcanization, the latter are also called self-vulcanizing. Rubber adhesives are prepared by mixing the components in special devices, the so-called glue mixers. Self-vulcanizing rubber adhesives are supplied in two solutions (one containing rubber or a mixture with some ingredients, the other a highly active vulcanizing system), which are mixed before application of the adhesive. The main characteristics of adhesive joints (strength during delamination and tearing, resistance to aggressive media, moisture, heat and frost resistance, etc.) depend mainly on the type of rubber.
Rubber adhesives are used in the assembly and repair of rubber and rubber-fabric products, in the production of rubberized fabrics, for fastening rubber to metal, wood, cement, glass, etc.
